During childhood, our tamariki are exposed to thousands of germs, some of which are potentially harmful for their health. Immunisation is the most effective way to actively protect your child your child preventable diseases ranging from whooping cough to meningitis and measles.

It is important that immunisations are given at the correct time to five your child the best protection. Immunisations begin when your child reaches 6 weeks of age, with further vaccinations due at 3 months, 5 months, 15 months and 4 years.
