Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join Manaia PHO and support our CEO. This position is required to provide high quality administrative support to our CEO in assisting them to manage their day to day work requirements.

The role is very interactive with internal and external stakeholders, and requires someone who is highly organised, has significant attention to detail and is very proactive in their approach to supporting the CEO.

Self motivation, multitasking, and a high level of focus are all important attributes required to excel in this busy role.


Skills essential for the position are:

- Proven; high-quality PA/Secretarial experience, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and aptitude

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including but not limited to Publisher, Adobe, etc

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to respond quickly to change.
